Purchases go through Apple
Lampwoven is sold and delivered by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes every payment, so Paper Giants Publishing, LLC can’t see your payment details or issue refunds directly.
How to request a refund
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find Lampwoven, and choose “Request a refund.” Apple reviews each request under its own policies and will reply by email.
No paid rewards
Lamp Oil, XP and collectibles are earned only by using the app. They can’t be bought and have no cash value, so there is nothing to refund for them.
